1. What Privly is
Privly is a document generation tool that creates privacy compliance templates based on information you provide about your business.
2. Not legal advice
Privly generates templates based on DPDP Act 2023 requirements. The output does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified lawyer before relying on any generated document for compliance purposes.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the intake process. Privly generates documents based on your inputs — if your inputs are incomplete or inaccurate, the generated documents may not reflect your actual data practices.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment is due before document generation. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once documents have been generated, as the service has been fully delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing document generation, contact us at support@privly.in.
5. Hosted privacy page
Your hosted privacy page is active for 1 year from the date of generation. After expiry, the page will display an expiry notice unless renewed. We may update the page template to reflect changes in regulations, but we are not obligated to do so.
6. Regeneration limits
Each pack includes 2 regenerations. Additional regenerations can be purchased. Regeneration allows you to update document content but not change the business identity (company name and legal name) associated with the pack.
7. Account and data
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@privly.in. Deletion of your account will deactivate any hosted privacy pages.
8. Limitation of liability
Privly is provided as-is. We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from the use of generated documents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of Privly after changes constitutes acceptance.
