Refund and Cancellation Policy

Privly is a digital document generation service. Due to the nature of the service, all payments are processed before document generation begins.
Refund Eligibility
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents document generation after payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact support@privly.in within 7 days of payment with your order details.
- If the generated documents contain errors attributable to our tool (not errors in the information you provided), we will either regenerate your documents at no cost or issue a full refund at your choice.
No Refund Cases
- Once documents have been successfully generated and delivered, refunds are not available as the service has been fully rendered.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with document content that results from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the intake process.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your order at any time before document generation begins for a full refund.
- Once generation has started, cancellation is not possible as the service is delivered instantly.
Hosted Privacy Page Renewal
- Annual renewal payments (₹1,999/year) can be cancelled at any time. No refund is provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
- Upon cancellation or non-renewal, your hosted privacy page will display an expiry notice after the current period ends.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Email support@privly.in with your registered email address and order details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
